Welcome to TouchNet!

The North Idaho College Student Accounts Office is excited to announce important changes to your MyNIC - Self Service - Student Finance portal! Beginning Monday, April 2, 2018, North Idaho College will transition to a new platform, TouchNet, supporting tuition and fee payments, student disbursements and installment (payment) plan services.

Students will benefit from enhanced integrated services in their Self Service - Student Finance portal including:

  • Selection of disbursement preference
    1. Select your disbursement preference directly from the Self Service - Student Finance portal. Options include direct deposit into your personal bank account or a Discover Debit Card/Checking Account.
    2. A TouchNet ATM will soon be located in the South Lobby of Lee-Kildow Hall.
  • Additional payment options for Tuition & Fees
    1. NIC will now accept Discover, American Express, and eCheck (ACH) in addition to VISA and MasterCard.
      • Real-time installment (payment) plan options
        1. Easily select an installment plan with a due date that fits into your monthly budget. "Real-time" installment plans will auto-adjust your payment amount based on adding or dropping classes or the award of financial aid.
        2. NEW: NIC will offer an installment plan for Summer session; plan selection begins April 5th. Fall 2018 Semester plan selection begins July 1st.
      • NEW: Designate an Authorized User (parent/spouse/etc.)
        1. Authorized users will receive a separate login for your student account. Authorized users can view account details, make payments or setup an installment plan on your behalf. However, authorized users will not have access to your student schedule or other educational information.

Please note: With this transition, all students will be required to sign into their MyNIC → Self Service → Student Finance portal and select their new disbursement preference for Summer session or Fall 2018 semester. Disbursements for the remainder of Spring 2018 semester will continue to be disbursed through the NICPay Card or Direct Deposit via Money Network. Students who have a balance remaining on their NICPay cards may continue to use their card until May 14, 2019.

Additional information and Frequently Asked Questions is available on the new Student Accounts website on Monday, April 2, 2018.
