How to Address ADA Concerns:  Community Members

Individuals who feel they have been denied accommodation anywhere on campus for any NIC related event or activity for which they are entitled  should contact Sharon Bullock, Director, at the Center for Educational Access (CEA), 769-7794 or sharon_bullock@nic.edu.  If after having tried to come to resoluation, you are still unable to,  you may request a meeting be arranged for you with the NIC ADA Committee who will consider your concerns (this committee consists of the four Vice Presidents at NIC).   Decisions made by the ADA Committee are final within NIC.

Any concerns about this process or the outcome of this process should be directed to the Vice President of Student Services @ 760-7863 via the Executive Assistant for the VPSS (lynn_covey@nic.edu).  They can also assist you to set up a meeting with NIC ADA committee.
