Vision 2022 post its on a wallIntegrated Planning at North Idaho College

In the fall of 2016, a diverse group of leaders were assembled under the direction of President Rick MacLennan to establish a process for integrated planning at North Idaho College. In the spring of 2017, the next phase began with the convening of the Integrated Planning Committee tasked with building a framework for planning and executing several initiatives to prepare our institution for an update of our strategic plan and to keep planning on the forefront of all the work we do this year and for many years to come.

This site contains information related to the work being done across NIC by five subcommittees:

  • SWOT (Strengths/ Weaknesses/ Opportunities/ Threats)
  • External Environmental Scan
  • Campus Master Plan – to include the college’s strategic plan, the academic master plan, the IT master plan, the facilities master plan (and at some point, the addition of a strategic enrollment plan)
  • Communications
  • Timeline and Accountability

Your input, collaboration, and vision are critical to this process, as we work to cultivate the future of integrated planning at North Idaho College.
