OARS Leaders
Student OARS Leaders work to enhance the student experience here at North Idaho College, by assisting with orientation and retention of new students. In addition, OARS Leaders act as representatives of North Idaho College to help create a sense of community among students, employees and visitors. Leaders work to foster community engagement by maintaining connections with the students they serve during OARS.
Applications are due in the Spring of each year, students are selected to by a group their peers. Click here for a sample job description and OARS Leader Application.
