Purpose
To provide financial assistance for college or other training to Alaska Natives from the Aleutian/Pribilof Islands region who have a disability and are interested in vocational training.
Eligibility
This program is open to Alaska Natives/American Indians who have a tribal card or Certificate of Indian Blood and are living in the Aleutian/Pribilof Islands Association service area.
Applicants must have ;
- a documented disability
- a reasonable and necessary unmet need for supportive services while attending training or seeking long-term self-sustaining employment
