Purpose - To provide financial assistance to undergraduate students, especially those of Hawaiian descent, who are preparing for a career in communications.

Eligibility - This program is open to undergraduate students who are planning to major  in communications. Applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and be able to demonstrate financial need. Along with their application, they must submit an essay describing their plan to maximize the  potential of young people through communication as well as to demonstrate leadership potential in the community. Preference is given to Native Hawaiians (descendants of the aboriginal inhabitants of the Hawaiian Islands prior to 1778).
