Purpose - To provide financial assistance to Alaska Natives who have ties to Koniag region and plan to attend college in any state.

Eligibility - This program is open to high school seniors, high school and GED graduates, and college students who are Alaska Native shareholders of the Koniag region or descendants of those original enrollees. Applicants must supply proof of eligibility and documentation of financial need. They must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher and be enrolled or planning to enroll at an accredited college or university in any state. Along with their application, they must submit a 300- to 600-word letter that includes their personal and family history, their schooling or work history, and their educational and life goals.

Financial data - Stipends range up to $1,000. Funds are sent directly to the recipient's school and
