North Idaho College is an Idaho certified real estate education provider. We offer Pre-License courses for real estate salespersons, real estate continuing education for agents in Idaho and Washington, and real estate topics for personal interest.
Real Estate Sales Pre-License Module 1
This 48-hour course is the first of the 90-hour requirement for real estate salesperson licensing in Idaho. No previous knowledge in the field of real estate is required. Topics include seeking employment with a brokerage, real estate licensing law, agency law, real property law, legal descriptions, forms of ownership, transfer of title, and limits on rights of ownership. Can be used to meet the 60-hour pre-licensing requirement in Washington. Books are extra.
Real Estate Sales Pre-License Module 2
This is the second 48-hour course required fo real estate agent licensing in Idaho. Course topics include real estate contract law, listing and selling property, working with buyers and sellers, closing transactions, and ethical duties owed to the public. Module II can be used to meet the 60-hour pre-licensing requirement in Washington. Books are extra. Prerequisite: Module I.
Real Estate Continuing Education
Licensed real estate agenst can earn their real estate continuing education credits in this convenient online format. These courses are approved by the Idaho Real Estate Commission and ARELLO.
