Gary Coffman called the meeting called to order at 12:01 p.m.
Erin Norvell moved to approve minutes; Nancy Edwards second. Minutes were approved.
Mail Room/Copy Center was the featured department. Steve Tudor, Supervisor introduced his staff. Steve announced River building was under construction and should be finished around April 14, 2009.
Steve Ruppel, Director – Information Technology provided a virus update. 852 computers had been scanned with 650 tagged green and 202 tagged red.

Senate report provided by Nancy Edwards
o Scheduled to meet February 19, 2009. Proposed elimination of the sick leave bank.
Board of Trustees – No update

o Alex Harris was assisting with computer restoration from the virus.
