To provide quality, comprehensive services that enable families with limited resources to nurture and support their own and their young children’s educational, social, emotional, and physical development.

     Children are the future, and the primary focus of our program, staff, families, and communities.
     Families access necessary supports to be economically self-sufficient and contributing members of society.
     Services are provided in partnership with community agencies enabling families to succeed.
     Staff are leaders in early care and education, and social and health services. 
     Staff influence growth and change to benefit our Head Start families, our selves and our communities.
     North Idaho College Head Start provides leadership to the Early Care and Education community by: valuing partnerships, mentoring professionals, supporting living wage careers, and sponsoring life long learning opportunities.
