Payment Options and Funding Assistance

Because NIC Workforce Training Center offers programs and courses that are non-credit, federal financial aid (FAFSA) is not available. However, scholarships, payment plans, and other options are available to help students with educational financing.

Idaho LAUNCH

Do you work in Idaho? You may qualify for 90% tuition assistance for training and education, up to $5,000. Complete and submit the form below and a career planner from the Idaho Department of Labor will contact you, help you with your research, and evaluate the amount of funding available to you.

Payment Plan

The payment plan enables students and families to spread educational expenses over equal monthly installments. Payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There is no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!

*Please note that enrolling in a Nelnet payment plan does not automatically register you for your course.  Please call Customer Service at 208-769-3214 to register for your course after you have established your payment plan.

**Most payment plans must be paid in full before the start date of your class.

Scholarship Program

NIC Workforce Training Center offers scholarships for all classes that are certification or career-based. While there is an application and approval process, awards are not necessarily dependent upon income. Scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Only partial scholarships are awarded.

*Please wait to hear back from the scholarship committee prior to signing up for other payment options.
*The remainder of the payment is due at the time of registration.
