NIC Board of Trustees Special Meeting Aug. 31

The North Idaho College Board of Trustees has scheduled a special meeting for Tuesday, Aug. 31 in the Edminster Student Union Building, Lake Coeur d’Alene Room on the NIC main campus in Coeur d’Alene. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. with an executive session followed by an open session during which time the trustees will consider taking action on the president’s contract and the president’s employment.  

Members of the public may view or listen to the open portion of the meeting through the Zoom virtual meeting platform.

The 4 p.m. executive session and a possible second executive session following the open session are being convened in accordance with Idaho Code § 74--206(1)(b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal, or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student.
