Students Shop Local

Bring NIC students (and staff!) to your business

Requirements - Offer a discount to students who show their Cardinal Card student ID. You may also invite NIC staff to participate in your discount. Discounts must be a minimum of 10% or $1 off. Once accepted to the program, you will receive a 7" x 7" Student Shop local window sticker in the mail which must be affixed on your storefront window, door, or entryway.

Rewards - Your business will be:

• Listed in handout given to new and returning students (and staff) when they receive their Cardinal Card ID.
• Listed on the Student Shop Local page on our website: nic.edu/shoplocal
• Distributed at all major student orientation events.
• Receive some priceless word of mouth as students (and staff) encourage their friends to visit your business.

The STUDENTS SHOP LOCAL Program will be promoted among staff and students periodically through each school year on social media and through internal staff and student communications.
