Q. When will I see my courses?
A. Check your schedule for the start date. Canvas courses will become visible to students at 1:00 am on the first official day of the class.
Q. What if I add a class during the first week of the semester? When will I see that class?
A. Students are added to Canvas twice a day after 2:00 pm and after 11:00 pm. For example, if you add your class before 1:59 pm, you will be added to your course after 2:00 pm. If you add the course after 2:00 pm, you will be added to your course after 11:00 pm.

Q. What training is available for me to learn how to use Canvas?
A. The Office of eLearning provides an online, self-paced Canvas student training course.
A. Yes, there is a free app available on both Android and iOS devices. The free app is available for download in the Google Play Store and the iTunes App Store and search for "Canvas Student."
Q. What time zone is NIC's Canvas running on?
A. Pacific Standard Time.
