Student Wellness and Recreation COVID-19 Updates
We will continue to work closely with the college to determine how Student Wellness and Recreation will be operational moving forward. We will share updates regarding future openings and resources in the following weeks as they are available.
Ways to Stay Active at Home
I know it can be challenging to think of ways to stay active at home when we have become accustomed to our gym and the equipment that is available. BUT in our opinion, the best way to work out is to use your body. We have our bodies our entire lives so let's make sure we become strong enough to handle our body and then we can begin introducing weights into our regimen.

Get Outdoors!
While the recommendations to minimize spread of the coronavirus are to avoid close contact with people, we can revel in the luxury of living in a place with so much public land and water access. The trails, mountains, rivers, and lakes are still open and an excellent way to stay healthy over these next inevitably challenging weeks or months.
Check out a few suggestions and resources from Outdoor Pursuits on ways to enjoy the outdoors over the next couple weeks.
