Work-Study
Work-Study, simply put, is a job on-campus or off-campus where you earn a paycheck as a part of your Federal Student Aid to help with educational expenses, and it doesn't have to be paid back. In reality, Work-Study is much more than a paycheck. Work-Study helps you build your resume, gain new skills, connect with staff and faculty on campus. You can work around your class schedule working no more than 20 hours per week or as few as you want.
How do I qualify?
Work-Study Program eligibility is determined by your FAFSA. Complete a FAFSA at www.FAFSA.gov
How does Work-Study work?
Once a work-study position is secured, a student can work up to 20 hrs per week and are paid on a bi-weekly basis. Students are allowed to earn no more than their offered work-study award.
