Appeal Forms
Where can you find the appeal forms?
You can find the Unsatisfactory Appeal Form or the Maximum Timeframe Appeal Form by logging into your MyNIC Account, selecting Self Service, then Financial Aid, then checklist item Complete Required Documents. All appeal forms and accompanying documentation can be submitted through the electronic submission form and are sent directly to the Financial Aid Office. Please note that students who appeal should be prepared to meet their own educational expenses. Appeals must be submitted by the published deadlines on the college calendar found here.
Please allow up to 10 business days for appeals to be reviewed. A decision will be emailed to the student's Cardinal Mail including any additional instructions.
