Emery's restaurant is operated by the students of North Idaho College's Culinary Arts program, and has a varying menu based on the current subject of study. Located on the second floor of the Hedlund Building, it is open for lunch and event dinners during both Fall and Spring semesters.
Deli hours are 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Lunch at Emery’s
Grilled Top Sirloin
Char broiled steak topped with sautéed mushrooms.
Served with parsley potatoes and vegetable of the day.
Macaroni and Cheese
3 cheese sauce served over pasta and baked with crispy bread crumb topping.
Shrimp and Chips
Shrimp breaded and served with French fries.
Burger with crispy bacon and cheddar cheese.
Served on a fresh burger bun with house made potato chips.
Roast Beef Panini
Slow roasted beef topped with caramelized onions and provolone cheese. The sandwich is then grilled crispy and served with potato salad.
Green Salad with turkey, ham, tomato wedges, and hard cooked egg. Choice of vinaigrette, ranch or Caesar dressing.
All lunches are served with bread, soup and dessert of the day!
