Emery's Restaurant is operated by the students of North Idaho College's Culinary Arts program, and has a varying menu based on the current subject of study. Located on the second floor of the Hedlund Building, it is open for lunch and event dinners during both Fall and Spring semesters.

Roast Turkey Dinner
Served with dressing and mashed potatoes. Topped with turkey gravy.

 Roasted  bell pepper cream sauce over sautéed chicken with pasta.

Greens tossed with Italian, Ranch or Caesar dressing with blackened chicken breast. Topped with shaved parmesan and garlic croutons.
