Emery's restaurant is operated by the students of North Idaho College's Culinary Arts program, and has a varying menu based on the current subject of study. Located on the second floor of the Hedlund Building, it is open for lunch and event dinners during both Fall and Spring semesters.
Deli hours are 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Cuban Pork Sandwich
Slow cooked pork roast with sliced ham, Swiss cheese, mustard and pickle. Served with fresh made potato chips.
Large shrimp sautéed with olive oil, bell peppers, white wine, onions, mushrooms and garlic. Served over pasta.
Grilled chicken breast tossed with romaine lettuce, croutons, and Caesar dressing.
House made Cajun sausage with chicken, ham, shrimp in a rich jambalaya sauce with rice.
Grilled rib-eye steak topped with sundried tomato compound butter. Served with roasted potatoes and vegetable of the day.
Batter dipped chicken strips served with French fries and dipping sauce.
All lunches are served with bread, soup and dessert of the day!
