- 12:30 - 4 p.m. for last name M-Z only

- 6 p.m. - Mandatory Meeting - Male - Theater Room
- 7 p.m. - Mandatory Meeting - Females - Theater Room
- 8 p.m. – Mandatory Floor Meetings – TBD
Aug 21: Fall Semester begins
Nov 22-24: Thanksgiving Break (no food service)
*Hall is open, but you are encouraged to be with family or friends during this time*
Nov 27: Food service resumes
Dec 15: Hall closes at noon for Holiday Break. Students must be out of the Hall.
Dec 15 - Jan 5: Holiday Break (Hall closed)
Jan 3: Payment due in full 5 p.m.
Jan 6: Hall opens at noon, New resident check-in from noon - 2 p.m.
6pm – Mandatory Meeting for New Residents
Jan 8: Spring Semester begins, Food Service resumes
Mar 22: Hall closes at 5:00 p.m. for Spring Break. Students must be out of the Hall
March 31: Hall opens at noon
April 1: Food service returns
May 9: Hall closes for Non-Graduates; 5 p.m.
May 10: Commencement Day – 10 a.m., Hall closes at 3:00 p.m. for all remaining students
