NIC men’s basketball hosts Veterans Night for opening home game

North Idaho College men’s basketball will host Green River College at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 13, in Christianson Gymnasium for the first home game of the season. The matchup will also serve as NIC Athletics’ Veterans Night in observance of Veterans Day.
Veterans and active military service members receive free admission to the game, along with NIC students and children under 12. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for seniors and students of other schools.
NIC Men’s Basketball Head Coach Corey Symons said the team is looking forward to opening the home schedule and hosting Veterans Night.
“It’s always special to play in front of our home crowd,” Symons said. “The guys are just really excited to get out there.”
