"No regrets". It's not uncommon to hear people talk about regret as strictly a negative meaning if they have regrets, then they did it wrong. Without regret, we tend not to learn from our mistakes. Professionals at every level are going to make mistakes. This program identifies the differences and similarities among resilience, regret, and reflection. Participants will examine their approach to each of these. Additionally, participants will actively engage a prior decision to learn how to productively move forward.

The class will focus on specific areas of work and will give each participant the opportunity to choose 1-2 behaviors they hope to change; then make a specific plan to do so. No pre-work is needed. Participants will be asked to engage and share their plans openly in order to examine their approach and support one another through change.
