North Idaho College initiated a joint effort with the higher education consulting firm Collaborative Brain Trust to gather data and formulate a strategic plan. On Jan. 30, 2024, an agenda and overview plan were presented to kick-start this process. The college is taking proactive steps to address certain issues and goals while leveraging the expertise and input of various stakeholders including staff, faculty, students and community members to achieve comprehensive and effective solutions.
