Residence Life Selection Process** All applicants must submit to a preliminary background check.  Any criminal history could eliminate the candidate. If deemed unacceptable, the candidate will be contacted by email, of their disqualification.

Monday, March 10, 2025 – 8:00am

Applications Due:
Friday, March 28, 2025 5:00pm

The Residence Hall Staff application, a current resume, essay questions, scenario question answers and reference forms are due.

Mandatory Applicant Meeting:
Tuesday, April 8, 2025 6:00 pm, Residence Hall Theater (3rd Floor)
This is a mandatory meeting for all potential candidates. Any applicant that does not attend this meeting will no longer be considered. We will discuss the RA Carousel process. Current RA staff will be available for questions.
*** Anyone not able to attend this meeting MUST contact Paula Czirr at least 24 hours in advance at (208) 769-5932. Not all absences will be excused.

RA Group Activity:
Thursday, April 10, 2025 6:00 pm, Residence Hall Theater (3rd Floor)

This will be a series of interviews with current RA staff and select persons to evaluate all candidates in 4 different areas.
