This report form is intended to be used by designated Campus Security Authorities (CSAs) to report any and all alleged, actual, and/or potential crimes that they witness or are reported to them.
In the event of an emergency or a crime in progress, dial 911, then contact the Security Department at (208) 769-3310 when it is safe to do so.
The information provided will be used to determine whether there is a serious or continuing threat to the NIC community, to classify crimes under the Clery Act, and to connect victims of crime to available resources when appropriate. Any crimes included in the daily crime log or other required disclosures will not include any personally identifying information.
