Emery's restaurant and NICularts Deli are operated by the students of North Idaho College's Culinary Arts program. They have varying menus based on the current subject of study. Located on the second floor of the Hedlund Building, they are open during both Fall and Spring semesters.

Emery's Current Menu


Huevos Rancheros
Crispy fried tortillas topped with chorizo, refried beans, Cotija cheese, over easy eggs, oven charred tomato salsa, sour cream, guacamole, and salsa Verde.

Zucchini Fritters
Fried zucchini fritters garnished with Crème fraiche and served with a beet and apple salad.

Chicken n Waffle
Crispy fried chicken thigh served on top of a savory waffle and topped with sausage gravy and a side of cabbage slaw.

Kale Caesar Salad
Grilled chicken atop a Kale Caesar salad with house-made Caesar dressing and croutons.
