- Admissions and Academic Standards Committee Appeal Form: Complete this online form to appeal for reinstatement or appeal for late withdrawal from a term. The form requires supporting documentation.
- Application for Graduation: You must apply to graduate from North Idaho College. The Application for Graduation is available within your MyNIC Self Service.
- Program Change Request Form: Complete this form to change or add an additional program.
- Non-Degree Enrollment Form: Complete this form to enroll at North Idaho College as a non-degree-seeking student.
- Transcript Request: Transcripts can be ordered online through Student Clearinghouse.
